About Erin

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Hi everyone! Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with twelve years of experience in the mental health field. I earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling as well as a Certificate in Counseling from the Christian Perspective from Lenoir-Rhyne University in North Carolina.

My husband served active-duty in the Army for six years. As a military spouse, I lived across the world working with soldiers and their family members. My family and I have lived in the Northern Virginia area for five years and it has been a fulfilling experience serving the community.

I work with clients from age 4 to adult. I have extensive experience providing therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma,  women’s issues, stress management, self-esteem, PTSD, and OCD. I offer my services by the use of TeleTherapy for those located in North Carolina.

My integrative therapeutic framework incorporates strategies and techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. I believe in a collaborative, supportive, and problem-solving approach to therapy. I am committed to helping clients achieve personal growth and positive life changes.

I look forward to working with you!
